two months no impeachment

So, it's been about two months since the democrats have been in office.
Did you vote for the democrats because you thought they would impeach
George Bush? Well, it doesn't seem like they are going to. Why is
this? Are they scared of the Bush administration? The Bush
administration has illegally wiretapped phones, held people without
trial, lied to start a war with Iraq and Now, there are plans for
military operations in Iran. This is even though congress has not been
consulted about any war with Iran. I just don't get it. Why aren't
these activities impeechable offenses? If anybody can give me a reason
besides the democrats being cowards, please do.

Correcting George Will on Ron Paul and the Constitution

George Will's curt dismissal of Rep. Ron Paul in Will's recent Newsweek
editorial requires further examination.
According to Will, Paul "believes, with more stubbornness than
evidence, that the federal government is a government of strictly
enumerated powers." Will rightly points to Article I, 8 as the
enumeration of the powers of Congress.
What does the august Mr. Will mean, exactly, in claiming that Rep.
Paul's position is based on "more stubbornness than evidence"? He does
not say. But he should.
George Will's disagreement with Ron Paul about the extent of
congressional power, then, must really come down to a disagreement over
the significance to be attached to the explanation of the Constitution
offered by Federalists in their campaign to persuade Americans to
ratify it: Rep. Paul consistently respects the ratifiers'
understanding; perhaps Mr. Will does not.

WASHINGTON – Osbaldo Aldrete-Davila, the Mexican drug smuggler given
immunity to return to the United States and testify against two Border
Patrol agents, was involved in smuggling a second load of marijuana
into the United States after he was given court protection, records
have confirmed.

Man's Space Dream doomed by IRS

According to CBS News, Brian Emmett won a trip to space from
sweepstakes ran by Oracle corporation. Oracle gave people a chance to
win a ticket to space by answering a few questions about the JAVA
programming language. It was his dream to go to space since he was a
little kid. However, his dream was shattered by the government
supported mofia (the IRS.) According to the tax code, he would have to
pay $25,000 to the government supported mofia. Since he is just an
average person, he would go into debt if he took the winnings. Taxes
help poor people?

universities tolerate free speech, but only if it is popular speech

Universities say that they support free speech. Sure they support free
speech that is popular, but what if your views are not main stream.
Then you might have a problem. According to Fox News, five Long Island
College students were fired from their residents assistance jobs. They
posted a prank video of Moslems taking hostages. I will admit that by
posting this video, these students seem anti-Moslem and I don't like
those kind of people. However, wasn't the first amendment meant to
protect unpopular speech? I don't like when republicans talk about how
good President Bush is and that we're fighting in Iraq for our freedom.
The more I hear people saying that we're fighting in Iraq for our
Freedom the more I get annoyed. Should I be able to get anybody who
says those things in trouble? I would emagine that most people would say no.

Who will sound the alarm?

IRS and Government Abuse of Citizens
The opening scene in this video shows how a woman was handled who went
to an IRS building in Alaska to try and get answers on an arbitrary tax
assessment she had received and disputed. Unfounded charges were
eventually dismissed, but only after her car was sold for $500 and she
was soaked for $60,000 in attorney fees and legal costs. You'll see the
scene played out later in the video.
This is not an unusual occurrence, similar ones occur every day
somewhere in this country. When someone at the IRS gets irritated with
a citizen and has nothing to legally charge him/her with, they dream up
charges they know will be dismissed in time, but they also know (1) the
taxpayer will be terrorized and forced to spend large sums of money for
lawyers, and (2) they know they, themselves, are immune from any
prosecution or retribution. They use pseudonyms in their work, so their
identities and their employment are usually unknown by their friends
and neighbors.
In 1982, when my children were in K-5 and 2nd grade in a private
school, my 7-year-old daughter was slapped by a little girl in her
class at school. When she told me about the episode, she said the
little girl told her "My mother will shut your daddy's business down.
She closes three or four businesses every week. She's a supervisor at
the IRS." My daughter did not understand any of what she was telling
me, but she was accurate in remembering what was said. I was unable to
identify her mother, despite a dedicated and extensive effort to do so,
including my own resources, an attorney, and a private investigator.
You think we don't live in a police state? Think when you bump into
someone at the convenience store and say "excuse me," or cut someone
off in traffic, you'd better hope that person doesn't work at the IRS
or if (s)he does, that (s)he isn't vindictive. Considering the culture
that has developed within the IRS, chances are more than 50-50 that any
one you encounter will be a vindictive sort who will seek "payback."
Who will sound the alarm? - Google Video - 22 minutes
"We are FREE, only so long as we OBEY!"
Put another way, "We live in a POLICE STATE."

government supported Mofia hard at work

The government supported mofia is hard at work taking money from
American citizens by force. Because of an experience my parents have
had with this mofia, I've started taking an interest in what it is
doing. I've stumbled apond a story about a couple of their victems.
These victems are Ed and Elaine Brown. Ed Brown was an exterminator
and Elaine was a popular New Hampshire Dentist. Ed and Elaine had
repeatedly written letters to the IRS because they questioned whether
there is a law that requires American citizens to pay income tax.
Reportedly, they got no response. Then suddenly, the US attorney with
the help of the IRS braught charges against them for failing to pay
income tax for 10 years. When Ed and Elaine Brown whent to trial, the
judge kept evidence from the jury that could have gotten the Browns
acquitted of the charges. For example, the judge wouldn't let the
Browns argue to the jury that perhaps not all American citizens are
required to pay income tax like the government would have us believe.
As a result, the Browns were convicted. Ed Brown so strongly believes
in his case that he is willing to die. I admire him for having the
courage to stand up to a mofia. This mofia is known as the IRS. To
keep updated with the situation go to http://www.edbrown.org or

Is the IRS a government supported mofia?

The following is an interview with an IRS agent that was posted on
another blog.
"Here's what you have to understand. When you don't file your tax
return, we send you a notice telling you we haven't received it. If we
don't receive it within 30 days, then we look at your file and see how
much we THINK you MIGHT owe. Then we inflate it, quadruple it,
whatever, and send you a notice showing the inflated amount. The idea
is to scare the pants off you and get you to come on in and take care
of business." - (Name Withheld), Revenue Officer, Atlanta District,
IRS, June 1997, as audio recorded by me.
"So, let me get this straight. If you look at the record and you THINK
I MIGHT owe, say, $2,000, then you send me a bill for $8,000?"
"Yes, or $20,000. We just want to get you to get yourself into
compliance by filing a 1040."
"But if I fail to file even then, and you decide to indict me for
failing to file, does the indictment show the $2,000 I owe, or does it
reflect the $8,000 or $20,000?"
"Oh, if we have to indict you, it'll probably be $65,000."
This man had no clue he was being recorded. We were in the parking lot
standing by my car. We had started with a conversation about Vietnam
(we had both served there) and he had given me his card (which I have
preserved in case I ever need to verify his fingerprints on it).
The American public has no idea what a runaway rogue agency the IRS
really is. I videotaped the Senate hearings in 1997 and 1998 from the
C-SPAN coverage, and what the current IRS employees testified to will
curl anyone's toes. Several Senators told other witnesses (tax payers
with horror stories) that they wished they could help, but that they
had no control or influence over the IRS. What more does it take to
convince people that the IRS is NOT a U.S. Government agency?
Look at any form or pamphlet or letterhead of the IRS and you will not
see "United States" on any of them anywhere. Look at anything from the
United States Customs and you will ALWAYS see "United States" or "U.S."
But not with the IRS. You'll see "Department of the Treasury" but you
will NEVER see "Department of the Treasury of the United States."
Wonder what would have happened if Ed Brown had cross-examined the
first IRS witness against him and asked "Please identify, for the jury,
the principal for whom you are acting as agent here today, and remember
you are under oath so a wrong answer constitutes PERJURY."
I'd love to hear the mumbling that would follow. The IRS witness could
not have answered that one. The URL to that blog is
