I'm concerned that we're creating a system of corporate fascism in the American health care industry. You can learn what I mean by this, and what we can do about it here.

Instead of "universal health care," congress should do the following:

Remove the limits on how much can be contributed to an HSA

Make insurance premiums tax deductible and allow them to be paid out of HSAs

Remove legal mandates on what kind of insurance people must have. That will encourage companies to compete for pricing and policies.
